Frequently Asked Questions

Still have questions? Here are the answers buyers ask most before their first pallet bid.

  • What size are the pallets?

Lot sizes vary by auction. Each listing includes an estimated pallet count, item category, and condition tier (new, shelf pulls, overstock, salvage). Review the lot photos and description before bidding — all sales are final.
  • How do bidding increments work?

Minimum bid increments are set per lot and displayed in the auction listing. You can place a maximum bid and the system will automatically bid on your behalf up to that amount as competing bids come in.
  • Is there a buyer's premium?

Yes. A buyer's premium is added to all winning bids. The percentage is listed in the auction terms for each sale. Your final invoice will reflect the winning bid plus the buyer's premium and any applicable taxes.
  • What happens if I miss the pickup window?

Lots not collected during the posted pickup window may be forfeited without refund and the bidder account flagged for future restrictions. If you have an emergency, contact us immediately — exceptions are rare and at management's discretion.
  • Do I need an account to bid?

Yes. You must register for a free bidder account before placing any bids. Registration takes a few minutes and only needs to be done once.  PLEASE NOTE:  Your bidder number for Extreme Auctions will not work for ONLINE PALLET AUCTION.
